"I have had State Farm insurance for over 30 years. I was very pleased with my agent, Betsy Warner. It saddened me that she retired after Covid, but I totally understood. I then was passed off to another agent that I was not pleased with in the least. After doing my due diligence and research, I found Anita Tyler's Agency. After initial contact and a few questions, I transferred agents. I am once again a very happy customer. Her staff, including Anicia Gray, are very professional, courteous, helpful, patient and thorough. I recently spoke with her and she was amazing. She ensured that all of my concerns were addressed in an efficient manner. What I really find appealing is they answer the phone; but, if you have to leave a message, they actually call you back the same day. That's important to me. Thank you Anita and company for your excellent customer service. I look forward to many more years of satisfaction."
